Inclusive learning, led by lived experience

Caroline

Hi, my name is Caroline and I am a late-diagnosed autistic woman.

I am in my late 40s, married to a man, with a son (also autistic) in his 20s.

I have done a variety of jobs in the past, before a combination of physical & mental ill-health forced a rethink and – in addition to working with Reflective Together – I am currently studying with the Open University, while doing some voluntary work as time permits.

My main motivations in life are my family, helping others, learning new things in areas of interest and seeking fairness for all.

I enjoy delivering the Oliver McGowan Training as I have always had a strong sense of social justice, have a long-term interest in autism and enjoy meeting new people.  The structure of this work also enables me to keep a good balance though, as I do find social interaction energy-depleting.

I hope to work with you soon 😊
